Shipping Policy

We offer shipping from our mixing lab and creation site. Our shipping rates are calculated according to industry standards and calculated at checkout. You can self select your shipping choice. Tracking information should automatically be sent when the package is ready to be shipped out.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Changes

To ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery, we reserve the right to change carriers when necessary for better service accuracy, tracking, or delivery performance.

This does not affect delivery timelines or order fulfillment priority.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery times vary based on carrier, service level, and destination. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. We aim to ship out 1-2 business days after order is processed, excluding holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

  • Vampire Repellent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has confirmed possession.
  • If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
  • If you need assistance locating tracking details or initiating a carrier inquiry, you may reach out to us at support@vampire-repellent.com, and we’ll do our best to help guide you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be recoverable.

Currently, we do not ship internationally, but plan on doing so in the future

Returning orders

What’s your return policy?

We aim to help you find the the correct seasonal solutions that are the perfect fit for your skin, health & lifestyle. Please initially contact our customer care department at info@vampire-repellent.com. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and will accept any full-sized unopened product for an exchange (no refunds), as long as it is unopened, the seal intact and received within 30 days of initial purchase. 

We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
